Building
Sant Baba Hari Singh Model School, Mahilpur has been started w.e.f. 1st April, 2012. It is situated at the Hoshiarpur-Chandigarh Highway. The school has spread over 28 acres of lush green land in a calm, pleasent and pollution free environment. The surroundings are picturesque and ideal for an educaitonal institution. The newly constructed three storied building is open, airy and functional.
Library
Library is equipped with a wide range of books, journals, magazines, periodicals and news papers to cater the need of all age group to cultivate in them the appropriate reading habit, spirit of enquiry, an appreciation of science and information technology and classical and modern literature.
Computer Labs
Computer Lab is equipped with the latest computers with LCD colour monitors, Windows 8, etc. providing quality computer education for the children of class Ist and upward.
Internet facilities is providing for facilitating the children's access and exposure to a wide range of educational programmes, libraries and latest learning techniques as being practised the world around.
Transportation
The school runs a large fleet of buses for commuting of students and staff members. Each school bus follows standard safety guidelines as they are properly equipped with speed governors, surveillance cameras and GPRS systems along with trained staff i.e. a driver, an assistant and a female attendant. Each bus is provided with a mobile phone which serves the purpose of constant contact with school authorities and parents as and when required.
Smart Class Rooms
The class rooms are equipped with digital interactive projectors and smart boards, innovative and unique technology help the children to acquire work experience and language skills. Moreover, they cater to expand the budding skills of our students in Science, Mathematics, Computer and English.
